Our standard cut-off time for next day orders is 11.00 a.m. - we are unable to guarantee
process of next day orders after this time, however, we always endeavour to process
orders as quickly as possible and we may manage to despatch orders received after this
time in any case.
Courier deliveries are made Mondays to Fridays and will be within 48 hours. A
signature will be required for this delivery. International orders will only be delt with after
consultation with the customer. If the weight of an international order is excessive a
weight surcharge may be necessary. In this situation we will contact you upon receipt of
your order and set out the terms and value of the surcharge (this surcharge may apply to
orders of a weight over 1.5 kilograms).
The Customer will be liable for the return postage on items, where the reason for the
exchange is not our fault.
